On 25 December 2025, Regional Container Lines Public Company Limited (RCL) donated THB 18,000,000 to Ban Phaeo Hospital to support the procurement of medical equipment for heart disease treatment. This contribution aims to strengthen the hospital’s capabilities and enhance the quality of medical services for the public.


The donation was presented by Dr. Twinchok Tanthuwanit, Director and President, together with Mrs. Suporn Amnuaypan, Senior Vice President (Group Head of Human Resources, Administration, Business Process Management, ESG & CSR, Investor Relations, and Communication & Branding), to Dr. Saowanee Koeddonfaek, Director of Banphaeo General Hospital, who accepted the donation on behalf of the hospital. The ceremony was held at RCL’s headquarters in Bangkok.

RCL and Nanjing Port (Group) Forge Strategic Partnership to Enhance Regional Logistics

Regional Container Lines Public Company Limited (RCL) marked a significant milestone in its commitment to Sustainability and Alternative Fuel Solutions with the first-ever sailing using biofuel.

On 19 October 2025, RCL’s vessel M.V. Piya Bhum, set sail for the first time on biofuel, B24-VLSFO (Bio Very Low Sulphur Fuel Oil), departing from Laem Chabang port to Ho Chi Minh City. The 1,707 TEU capacity vessel is on its journey on RCL’s RSK2, RCL South China-Sihanoukville service route, connecting ports in China, Hong Kong, Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines.

The B24 fuel is a solution that drastically reduces greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and is expected to reduce carbon emissions by 15% to 19.2%. The use of this biofuel reduces the carbon footprint of the RCL fleet without compromising efficiency, contributing to the company’s long-term sustainability goals. By continuously investing in a cleaner, more efficient fleet, RCL is building a more sustainable future for marine container shipping.
RCL Collaborates with Government, Khlong Yai Jiw Community, and Partners to Promote Marine Environmental Conservation and Protect Marine Life on World Maritime Day

RCL organized a CSR activity under the theme “Campaign for Marine Environmental and Marine Life Conservation” with the Government, Khlong Yai Jiw Community, and partners to raise awareness about marine and coastal resource conservation on World Maritime Day, as announced by the International Maritime Organization (IMO)

The activity was held on Thursday, 25 September 2025, at the Bangpu Nature Education Center in Samut Prakan Province, Thailand, and was led by Mrs. Suporn Amnuaypan, Senior Vice President (Group Head of Human Resources, Administration, Business Process Management, ESG & CSR, Investor Relations, and Communication & Branding), together with RCL management and employees. As a leading maritime logistics business, RCL reinforced its commitment to the sustainable and safe conservation of marine resources

As a leading maritime logistics company, RCL reaffirmed its commitment to the sustainable and safe conservation of marine ecosystems through impactful initiatives:

  • Planting 5,000 white mangrove trees in collaboration with the Bangpu Nature Education Center - Royal Thai Army. Seedlings were sourced from the Samut Songkhram Mangrove Promotion and Development Community Enterprise, thereby supporting local livelihoods while promoting community-based conservation.

  • Releasing 20,000 white sea bass, supported by the Samut Songkhram Coastal Aquaculture Research and Development Center, Department of Fisheries, to restore and strengthen marine biodiversity.


The event was attended by a total of 189 participants, comprising representatives from RCL, government agencies, the Khlong Yai Jiw Community, and partner organizations, including:

On September 15, 2025, Regional Container Lines Public Company Limited (RCL) demonstrated its ongoing commitment to sustainable social and environmental development by donating 2,000,000 baht to the Chaipattana Foundation. The donation was presented by Mr. Sumate Tanhuwanit, Director and Chairman of the Executive Committee, and Dr. Twinchok Tanhuwanit, Director and President, and Mrs. Suporn Amnuarpan, Senior Vice President, to Dr. Sumet Tantivejkul, Secretary-General of the Chaipattana foundation. The donation ceremony was held at the Chaipattana Foundation’s office in Bangkok.
RCL Delivers Relief Supplies to Soldiers and Communities Affected by Thai–Cambodian Border Unrest

On 1 September 2025, Ms. Suporn Amnuayphan, Senior Vice President (Group Head of Human Resources, Administration, Business Transformation, Business Process Management, Investor Relations and Communication & Branding), along with executives and employees donated essential consumer goods to support military operations and assist communities affected by the unrest in the Thai-Cambodian border area.

On this occasion, Colonel Poonkitti Viwatanant, Deputy Director Office of the Psychological Operations, Directorate of Civil Affairs, Royal Thai Army, and Colonel Kiatisak Suriyayothin, Director of the Psychological Operations Division, Directorate of Civil Affairs, Royal Thai Army, were present as official representatives to receive the relief supplies – comprising consumer goods and care kits at Building 2, Royal Thai Army Headquarters.

RCL's donation included military T-shirts and ready-to-eat meals sourced from local community enterprises, totaling 100,000 baht. RCL employees also donated additional items such as toothbrushes and toothpaste sets, foot powder, face masks, mosquito repellent, common medicines, clothing, bedding, and more valued at 17,440 baht.

This initiative reflects RCL's ongoing commitment to social responsibility, as well as providing encouragement to soldiers serving on the frontlines and to communities affected along the Thai–Cambodian border.
Donate to Nan Hospital for Post-Flood Recovery

On August 13, 2025, Regional Container Lines Public Company Limited (RCL) provided a donation of 300,000 Thai Baht (THB) to Nan Hospital to support its medical operations and rehabilitation efforts after severe flooding in Nan Province.

The flood caused extensive damage to the hospital, severely affecting medical equipment, facilities, and service areas, which disrupted healthcare services. RCL's contribution aims to support the hospital procure essential medical equipment, medicines, and supplies, as well as support cleaning and repair work, ensuring a swift return to normal operations and vital healthcare services for the community.

RCL Partners with OR to Pioneer the Use of BIOFUEL in Container Shipping for the First Time

On June 4, 2025, Regional Container Lines Public Company Limited (RCL), and PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (OR), Energy Solutions Business, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) “Bio VLSFO Supply Agreement.” This marks the first collaboration in Thailand and abroad to develop and promote the use of biofuel in the container shipping industry, aiming to reduce carbon dioxide emissions from maritime operations.

RCL has been steadfast in building a strong foundation for long-term sustainable growth, placing sustainability as a core pillar of its strategic direction. The company is committed to growing its business in harmony with environmental preservation and social responsibility. In line with our vision for responsible progress, the Company approached the initiative to start using "BIO VERY LOW SULPHUR FUEL OIL” or “BIOFUEL" with the goal of transitioning toward cleaner marine fuels—underscoring our strong commitment to environmental stewardship.

It represents our commitment to sustainability and protecting marine ecosystems, communities, and aquatic life. This proactive step reflects our dedication to adopting eco-friendly alternatives and contributing to global decarbonization efforts. Donating rPET Plastic Bottle to Wat Chak Daeng
April 30 2025

On April 30th, 2025, Mrs. Suporn Amnuaypan, Group Head of Human Resources, Administration, Business Transformation, Business Process Management, Investor Relations, Communication & Branding, along with representatives from RCL Group, jointly donated single-use PET plastic bottles to Wat Chak Daeng in Samut Prakan Province, in collaboration with Port Authority of Thailand, Yannawa District Office, the Pollution Control Department (Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment), Ngow Hok Agency Co., Ltd., and Panchathani Tower Building.

A total of 95 kilograms (approx. 4,760 bottles) were donated to be recycled into monk robes — a meaningful initiative that reduces plastic waste and creates value for the community.

RCL has continued this project since 2023 with strong support from our employees and partners. In 2025, we expanded it under the “RCL Green Hearts” campaign to raise environmental awareness and promote sustainable practices.

The activity gave employees to learn about waste separation, recycling, and upcycling. Environmental educators from the Learning Center at Wat Chak Daeng were invited to host an on-site knowledge-sharing and workshop session, demonstrating how plastic waste can be transformed into upcycling products.
RCL Together with OR: Join Hands for Good Deeds and Revitalize the Canal

On April 26, 2025, Regional Container Lines (RCL) and PTT Oil and Retail Business (OR) co-hosted a CSR event at Chalerm Phakiat 80 Phansa Park, Bang Krachao. The activity focused on raising awareness about water resource conservation and included a presentation on the Royal Initiative Project and Khlong Lad Pho Floodgate. Executives and staff from both companies joined a canal clean-up to help restore the environment and support the local community. RCL and OR remain committed to promoting sustainability through continued social and environmental initiatives.

On February 27, 2025, Mrs. Suporn Amnuaypan Senior Vice President (Group Head of Human Resources, Administration, Business Transformation, Business Process Management, Investor Relations and Communication & Branding), Captain Phakphum Meejaroen, Senior General Manager (Regional Operations), Ms. Aungkana Thanasarnsomboon, Project Manager (RCL Logistics), and team are the representative from RCL Group donated 500,000 baht to the The Thai Chamber of Commerce Foundation for Arch to Celebrate the 72nd Anniversary of His Majesty the King Project, with Mr. Kitsana Vachekrilas, Secretary General of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, as the representative to receive the donation.


The project, “Arch to Celebrate the 72nd Anniversary of His Majesty the King”, 2 new landmarks on Charoen Krung Road, is a symbol of gratitude and loyalty among Thai-Chinese people who have had a long-standing relationship with the Thai King, from the past to the present.


For this project, RCL Group also has supported the sea and inland transportation of Chinese carved stones for construction, and 341 employees have signed up to support the project in order to honor and express their loyalty and gratitude to the King, who is the center of the hearts of all Thai people.
